1. It remains the responsibility of the purchaser to satisfy themselves as to the appropriateness of all materials supplied and dimensions relating thereto.
2. In no circumstances shall the seller's liability exceed the consideration paid with respect to any item deemed to be defective.
3. The seller shall not be responsible for defect, damaged or deficiency unless notified within 5 days from the time of delivery.
4. Payment terms - full payment to be received before delivery of goods.
